But recently, I’ve come to the conclusion that the key to beating procrastination is to get into the right mindset. Instead of focusing on what I don’t want to do, I shift my focus to powerful affirmations and reminders that help me stay motivated and productive.

With that in mind, I’ve compiled a list of 120 affirmations for procrastination. And I’m sharing with you so that you can use them as daily reminders or pick some that resonate with you and use as your mantra whenever you feel the urge to watch 14 hours of YouTube in a row instead of tackling your to-do list.
